A $2,500 annual fee will get you into a private club on the top floor of 1000 North — the new Jupiter waterfront restaurant that is partly owned by NBA star Michael Jordan.
Construction is expected to start next month of the 1,500-square-foot second floor for members and their guests only also will have a 450-square-foot outdoor patio for food and beverages.
There will be occasional celebrity chefs. Valet boat docking for members will be available.
