Retail and food are also planned for the project.
“We are trying to cater to a more family environment. MIni-golf will bring families and they will see all the unique experiences you can have in Abacoa,” said Downtown Abacoa owner Josh Simon.
Opening is planned for the fall of 2017. Construction costs are expected to be about $500,000.
Also planned for downtown Abacoa to open later this summer is a new restaurant in the former Rooney’s, which has been closed about two years.
There is one other mini-golf course in Jupiter. The Lighthouse Cove mini-golf course is located on the east side of A1A just south of Beach Road in the Inlet Village.
