Rendering of Moderne Boca

Kolter has been having a successful busy couple of years lately with several more residential housing developments on the way. Kolter Group expects in late August to finish building 30 of 75 three-story townhomes at its Moderne Boca development in Boca Raton.

West Palm Beach-based Kolter plans to start marketing the remaining 45 townhomes in fall and to finish building Moderne Boca by the end of 2017.

The development at Military Trail and Spanish River Boulevard in Boca Raton has townhomes priced from $589,000 to $849,000.

The two-bedroom and three-bedroom townhomes range in size from 2,128 square feet to 2,794 square feet.

Bob Vail, president of the urban development division of Kolter, told the Sun-Sentinel that 45 of the 75 townhomes at  Moderne Boca will have elevators.

He also told the newspaper that the market for Moderne Boca includes young professionals, residents of country club communities, and “empty nest” couples who have adult children.

Kolter last year launched sales at Alton, a development of 1,300 homes in Palm Beach Gardens at Interstate 95 and Donald Ross Road.

The West Palm Beach-based company also is building The Alexander, an apartment building with 210 units in downtown West Palm Beach, and the company is planning a 48-condo development on Singer Island in Riviera Beach.
