Bolay, the Royal Palm Beach restaurant famous for its build-your-own super-foods bowl concept, is opening its second  resturant location in Palm Beach Gardens 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4 at 3333 Northlake Boulevard. The first 25 guests in line will get a free catered party for as many as 10 people at a date and location of their choosing.

Bolay offers seared proteins and vegan-friendly fresh side dishes. Bowl bases include gluten-free cilantro noodles, Peruvian quinoa and marinated kale and currant salad. Vegetable picks include roasted Brussels sprouts, smoky cauliflower and Cajun sweet potatoes. The selection of proteins will satisfy just about every kind of eater: Ponzu tuna, Caribbean-spiced steak, lemon chicken and miso-glazed tofu.

Wash the bowl down with cold-pressed juices or infused teas, then top it off with chocolate mousse, peanut butter Pots de Creme or gluten-free chocolate chip cookies.

Bonus: If you have a fussy eater in the family, the newest Bolay is just a few shops down from The Habit Burger Grill in the same Banyan Tree center at the corner of Northlake and MacArthur Boulevards across from Costco and the former Sports Authority.

Don’t want to wait in line? Bolay also offers online ordering at eatbolay.com. Catering to homes, offices, event spaces and weddings in the Palm Beach area is another option.

Bolay’s third restaurant will open at the Polo Club Shoppes in Boca Raton in January.
