Ground is being cleared at the former Burt Reynolds Ranch in Jupiter Farms.
K. Hovnanian Homes is building 30 single family houses on the 153-acre property on Jupiter Farms Road.
The house range in size from 3,200 square feet to 4,300 square feet.
Prices start at about $875,000.
The construction comes as high-end sales of homes is booming in Palm Beach County.
