Sabbia Beach is another luxury boutique condo project underway in Pompano Beach. The 19-story tower, developed by Fernbrook Homes and Grupo Fernandez, topped off in August. Units at Sabbia Beach range in price from the mid-$900,000s to $5.9 million. — Amanda Rabines
