A developer based in Central Florida plans to acquire vacant land in Palm Beach Gardens for construction of a 263-unit apartment property.
Winter Park-based P.A.C. Land Development Corp., led by Tom Cavanaugh, has a contract to buy the 11.68-acre vacant site in Palm Beach Gardens, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
The developer’s planning firm, Cotleur & Hearing Landscape Company, filed an application for approval of the planned rental property development, called Latitude Apartments.
Don Hearing of Jupiter-based Cotleur & Hearing wrote an application for city approval of Latitude Apartments, noting that the development would be “a high-end rental project that is designed to primarily serve young professionals.”
The proposed development site is at the southeast corner of Central Boulevard and Victoria Falls Boulevard, just north of an apartment complex called the Quaye at Palm Beach Gardens. Hawkeye Central LLC, managed by Ronnie Pertnoy, is the owner the site.
