Florida East Coast Industries (FECI), the parent company of All Aboard Florida, held a topping-off ceremony Thursday to mark the completion of the structure of an apartment building in downtown West Palm Beach. The photo is of Park-Line Beaches construction site in downtown West Palm Beach credited to Palm Beach Post.

The 290-unit apartment building is scheduled to open in the fall of 2018 on a site near a new train station where All Aboard Florida plans to launch its Brightline passenger rail service between West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

FECI will open the apartment building under the company’s recently unveiled real estate brand, Park-Line. Coral Gables-based FECI is developing the building in partnership with Lincoln Property Company.

The apartment building, called Park-Line Beaches, will have studios, one- and two-bedroom units with floor-to-ceiling windows. The property’s amenities will include a pool-side lounge, an open-air training course, private cabanas with outdoor grills, shaded dog parks and a pet grooming salon, plus an “event loan” with a movie screen.

The general contractor for Park-Line Beaches is Moss, which built the Brightline train station in West Palm Beach.
