Commercial property that includes Jumby Bay Island Grill and JJ Muggs Stadium Grill in Abacoa Town Center has been purchased by a company that plans to “reinvigorate life into the center.”

The 92,000 square feet of commercial property, along with about three acres of vacant land, was purchased Friday for $5.1 million by FLF ATC LLC, said Josh Simon, a principal with the company.

The commercial property along Town Center Drive and Main Street was purchased for $4.5 million and the vacant property for $600,000, Simon said.

The commercial property now is about 30 percent vacant, said Simon.

Jupiter’s first beer brewery, Civil Society Brewing Company, is planned in one of the commercial buildings along Town Center Drive.

FLF ATC LLC is affiliated with Jupiter-based FLF Holdings. Along with its affiliated entities, which is involved in Jupiter redevelopment projects such as Barcelona Jupiter, a 352-unit luxury apartment community on Military Trail and the Jupiter Business Center, a 50,000-square-foot business center on Heritage Drive.

“Long range, we want to make the Abacoa property reach its potential to be an entertainment destination for the surrounding community,” said Simon.
