Building construction has started for a new Dairy Queen Grille & Chill restaurant on the east side of U.S. 1 in North Palm Beach.
The restaurant is being built on vacant property between Palmetto Way and Northlake Boulevard, the former site of Christopher’s Christmas Tree shop.
Completion is scheduled for later this year.
