Sonoma Isles in Jupiter A new development is coming to Jupiter, Florida. Being built by DiVosta Homes, Sonoma Isles will be offering gorgeous homes centrally located to the interstates. A sign is already posted and noticeable off the interstate 95. Sonoma Isles, which was one referred to Lakewood in Jupiter will be developed west of the turnpike off Indiantown Road in Jupiter. Plans call for about 275 lots where the land clearing and development has already begun. DiVosta expects to begin sales by December 2015. Palm Beach Gardens community and builder reach resolution in suit

(Brandon Kruse/The Palm Beach Post) A Palm Beach Gardens luxury community has reached an agreement in the lawsuit against its builder, but the terms have not been publicly disclosed. Frenchman’s Reserve Attorney Jack Scarola confirmed the suit has been resolved in a confidential settlement, the documentation of which was completed about two weeks ago. “All I can tell you is that following the entry of summary judgment in favor of Frenchman’s Reserve, the matter was amicably resolved,” Scarola said. He previously said the club planned to seek more than $15 million. What’s that tall building going up on PGA Blvd.?

When complete, there will be two 22-story towers on the east side of U.S. 1 just south of PGA Boulevard in North Palm Beach. Plans call for 74 condos in each building. Each tower will have parking on the bottom floor. A private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway for residents is planned. Twenty townhouses are planned on the east side of the property. Water Club will be a gated community.
