Love Street project nabs final OK from Jupiter council

Jupiter is about to get more restaurants, office space and retail shopping stores off Love Street. Developer Charles Modica is moving forward with his Love Street mixed-use project now that the Jupiter Town Council has given him the approvals he needed. On Tuesday, the city council gave Modica’s development team the OK to move forward with building their marketplace-style project on 3.8 acres of land at the corner of Love Street and A1A. A $30 million development of retail/restaurants/offices was approved by a 3-2 vote Tuesday night by the Jupiter town council. WPB commission gives nod to Marina Village project on North Flagler

The Marina Village project planned for North Flagler Drive between 38th and 42nd Streets in West Palm Beach, a joint venture between Miami developer the Related Group and West Palm-based boat repair/refit company Rybovich, is starting to take shape The West Palm City Commission last month approved the site plan for the first of six residential towers on the 19-acre site next to Rybovich’s boat yard and headquarters at 4200 North Flagler Drive. New drugstore, 275 houses in Sonoma Isles coming to Indiantown Road in Jupiter

A new CVS drugstore is being constructed as part of the new Sonoma Isles residential project off the corner of Indiantown Road and Florida’s Turnpike. Besides the CVS pharmacy, there will also be a restaurant, office and 150,000 square feet of research and development office space. Formerly known as Parcel 19, the development is being built what was one of the largest vacant tracts in incorporated Palm Beach County. Downtown Fort Lauderdale gets another mixed-use project

Another hotel, more residential units and plenty of commercial space is coming to downtown Fort Lauderdale. A planned mixed-use development in the Flagler Village neighborhood will soon seek site plan approval from the city of Fort Lauderdale. Above is the Flagler Village site with a rendering of the project. Dev Motwani’s Merrimac Ventures is developing 315 Flagler, a $25 million project with a 220-room hotel, 120 residential units and 7,000 square feet of commercial space. At a Broward County Commission meeting on Tuesday, the property at 315 Northwest First Avenue received plat approval. 315 Flagler, LP purchased the four-parcel development site in January for $1.9 million. Downtown Fort Lauderdale’s growing rental evolution

A new wave of luxury rental apartments is in the pipeline for downtown Fort Lauderdale as developers hope to cash in on growing demand from young professionals and millennials. As they say, build it and they will come. Nearly 3,400 rental units are either planned or currently under construction in the city, according to a newly released spring report from CapasGroup Realty Advisors. Another 3,059 units are in the proposal stage. The number of units now in the pipeline has blown past what’s been delivered in Fort Lauderdale over the past 12 years.
